Running agents fill a progress ring while their current step rolls in. A run that needs a decision pulses amber and asks inline, failed runs offer Retry, and finished runs show their diff with a pull request. Tasks typed into the composer join the queue and start when an agent frees up.

The front request shows its tool, target, risk, and a preview of the command, diff, or email, with the next few waiting below as one-line rows. Approve lifts the card away and the next row grows into its place, denying shakes it off with a note for the agent, and Always allow clears every queued request with the same rule.
